All auto drafts are processed on the 5th of each month. If the auto draft is set up after the 5th of the current month, the auto draft will not start until the following month on the 5th. Your current month will still need to be paid.
Payments made on accounts that have been disconnected for non-payment MUST call the office to schedule a time to reconnect services.
